I thought the Finance role might be the answer at first, but now I’m leaning towards the Head of P3O. It just makes sense for them to handle escalations.
I remember a practice question that mentioned the importance of having a clear escalation path. I feel like the Main board director could be the right answer, but it seems a bit high up.
