I feel like we practiced a question similar to this, and I think C was mentioned as a characteristic, but I could be mixing it up.

I'm not sure about D. I think principles might vary in different contexts, but I can't recall if that's explicitly stated in our materials.

I remember discussing how programme management principles are meant to drive change, so A seems like a characteristic.

B sounds right because we talked about successful applications, but I'm hesitant about D being the odd one out.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. The question mentions that CMX must track only associated clients, so I'm not sure if "Exclude probing clients" is the right choice. I'll need to think this through a bit more.

Wait, I'm a bit confused. Isn't availability about the service being accessible to everyone, not just authorized entities? I'll have to double-check the definitions to make sure I understand this properly.

Okay, I think I've got this figured out. The key is to stop the import as soon as a duplicate is found, rather than trying to handle it after the fact. So I'm going to go with option A - setting the duplicate error mode to Generate Error and the Max Errors count to 0. That should do the trick!
