Haha, I can just imagine the Service Console users with 50 tabs open on their screens! Option C is definitely the way to go, but they might need some bigger monitors to pull it off.

Option C makes the most sense. Keeping all the cases open in tabs is a great way to quickly switch between them and update them as needed.
