Wait, is the Close Case page layout even a real thing? I feel like I'm missing some crucial Salesforce knowledge here.

I'm leaning towards A. The Case record type is missing Closed as a picklist value. Sounds like they need to update the record type definition.

Haha, I bet someone just forgot to check the 'Show Closed Statuses' box. Classic Salesforce admin mistake!

I'd go with D. The Support Process being used omits Closed as a status choice. It's probably just a configuration thing they need to update in the process.

User1: I think D makes sense. The Support Process might not include Closed as an option.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure the answer is B. The Close Case page layout must be used to close a case. That's just standard Salesforce functionality, right?

I think the issue might also be related to the Support Process being used. Maybe it omits Closed as a status choice.

I agree with Eva. The Case record type needs to have Closed as a picklist value for the support reps to see it.

I think the support reps can't see the Closed option because the Case record type is missing Closed as a picklist value.
