Haha, I bet someone just forgot to check the 'Show Closed Statuses' box. Classic Salesforce admin mistake!

I'd go with D. The Support Process being used omits Closed as a status choice. It's probably just a configuration thing they need to update in the process.

Hmm, I'm pretty sure the answer is B. The Close Case page layout must be used to close a case. That's just standard Salesforce functionality, right?

I think the issue might also be related to the Support Process being used. Maybe it omits Closed as a status choice.

I agree with Eva. The Case record type needs to have Closed as a picklist value for the support reps to see it.
