Option A seems the most straightforward. Initialize CPA on one pod, join the other, and then create the Global Entitlements. Sounds like a logical flow to me.

I'm not sure, but I think option B) might also be a valid choice. Initializing the CPA on both pods and then syncing the CPA on the second pod could work too. But I see the rationale behind option A) as well.

I agree with Nickolas. It makes sense to initialize the CPA on one pod and then join the CPA on the second pod. That way, we can create Global Entitlements and add local pools from each pod.
