Scrum PSPO-I Exam - Topic 1 Question 19 Discussion

Actual exam question for Scrum's PSPO-I exam
Question #: 19
Topic #: 1
[All PSPO-I Questions]

Which of these may a Scrum Team deliver at the end of a Sprint?

(choose the best answer)

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: D

The Scrum Guide states that ''the Increment is the sum of all the Product Backlog items completed during a Sprint and the value of the increments of all previous Sprints''. It also states that ''at the end of a Sprint, the new Increment must be 'Done', which means it must be in useable condition and meet the Scrum Team's definition of 'Done'''. Therefore, the Scrum Team must deliver a valuable, useful Increment that meets the Definition of Done at the end of a Sprint. The other options are not acceptable, as they do not meet the criteria of being valuable, useful, or done.

I’m a bit confused about the failing unit tests option. I thought we were supposed to deliver something functional, not just identify issues for later.

I feel like option D is the best choice, but I wonder if management's requests could influence what we consider "valuable."

I think we practiced a question similar to this, and I recall that the Definition of Done is really important for what can be delivered.

I remember we discussed that the Scrum Team should aim to deliver something valuable at the end of a Sprint, but I'm not sure if minor bugs disqualify it.

Ah, I see. The Scrum Team should deliver an Increment that is potentially shippable, not just a partial or defective product. Option D sounds like the best choice.

I'm pretty confident the answer is D. The Scrum Team's goal is to deliver a usable, high-quality Increment at the end of each Sprint.

I'm a bit confused. Wouldn't failing unit tests or a single document not really be a complete Increment? I'll have to review the Scrum Guide on this one.

Okay, I've got this. The Scrum Team should deliver a valuable, working Increment that meets the Definition of Done. That's the whole point of a Sprint, right?

Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. I'll need to think carefully about the Scrum principles and the Definition of Done.

I'm feeling pretty confident about this one. The key is to identify which of these control signals are specifically used for uplink PUCCH feedback, rather than other types of feedback or signaling.

Hmm, this seems to be asking about how to configure MAC masquerading, which I'm a bit fuzzy on. I'll need to review my notes on that topic.

Wait, is this a trick question? If management wants a document, we should just give them a document, right? Nah, just kidding. D is the way to go.
