Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: B

Permission sets are used to grant additional access to users based on their functional or departmental needs. A permission set can be assigned to multiple users, regardless of their profile. A permission set can include field-level security settings that allow edit access to specific fields on an object. Queues are used to group records and assign them to a team of users who can work on them. Public groups are used to group users, roles, or other groups for the purpose of sharing records or sending email.

Public Groups sound familiar, but I don't think they actually grant edit access to fields. They’re more for sharing records, right?

I feel like we practiced a similar question where we had to give someone access to edit records, and it was definitely about Permission Sets.

I'm not entirely sure, but I remember something about Queues being more about managing workloads rather than direct field access.

I think we might need to look at Permission Sets for this. They seem to be the way to grant additional access without changing profiles.

I feel like we practiced a question similar to this, and it was about Permission Sets too. They can be really flexible for granting access.

I'm not entirely sure, but I remember something about Queues being related to managing records, not necessarily user access.
