Hmm, I'm not sure any of these options are perfect. Maybe the developer should just use some CSS magic and make the description field size responsive. That way, it'll look great on any device!

I'm not sure why the question is even asking this. Clearly, Option C is the right choice. Changing the layout to a single column is the obvious way to handle this problem.
