Which two out-of-the-box actions can be performed on a Sales Agreement?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: A, C

A sales agreement is a long-term contract that defines the terms and conditions for the products and services that you sell to your customers. You can perform various actions on a sales agreement to manage its lifecycle, such as approving, activating, expiring, or deleting it. Two of the out-of-the-box actions that you can perform on a sales agreement are:

Recalculate Actuals: This action updates the actuals for the sales agreement based on the invoices and orders associated with it. You can recalculate actuals manually or schedule it to run automatically at a specified frequency. Recalculating actuals helps you track the progress and performance of the sales agreement over time.

Update Products: This action allows you to add, remove, or modify the products and categories in the sales agreement. You can update products manually or use the mass update feature to apply changes to multiple products at once. Updating products helps you adjust the sales agreement to reflect the changing needs and preferences of your customers.

Updating adjustments is not an out-of-the-box action, right?

Wait, can you really update products directly? That seems off.

I’m leaning towards "Update Adjustments" as one of the actions, but I’m not confident about the other option.

"Regenerate Agreement" sounds familiar, but I feel like I might be mixing it up with something else we studied.

I remember practicing a question about updating products, but I can't recall if it was specifically for Sales Agreements.

I think "Recalculate Actuals" is definitely one of the actions, but I'm not sure about the second one.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know there are a few options related to updating and recalculating, but I want to make sure I select the right two. Let me re-read the question and choices.

I've got this! Recalculate Actuals and Mass Update are the two out-of-the-box actions that can be performed on a Sales Agreement. I'm confident in my answer.

Ah, this is a tricky one. I'm not entirely sure about the correct actions for a Sales Agreement. I'll have to think it through carefully.

Okay, let's see here. Recalculate Actuals and Update Products seem like logical choices, but I want to double-check the other options just to be sure.

Hmm, this one seems straightforward. I'll carefully read through the options and think about which two actions make the most sense for a Sales Agreement.

B and D for sure. The other options sound like they'd be part of some advanced functionality. Unless this is for a sales agreement at a bar, in which case 'Recalculate Actuals' might be the most important one!

Haha, 'Recalculate Actuals' - is that like when you spend too much at the bar and have to re-tally your expenses? I'm going with B and D as well.

I think 'Recalculate Actuals' is more about updating the financial data on the agreement.

I agree with Catrice. Those two options seem the most logical for out-of-the-box actions on a sales agreement. I can't imagine why you'd need to recalculate actuals or mass update - that sounds like it would be part of a custom implementation.

I think D) Regenerate Agreement is the best choice because it allows for a fresh start.

I think the correct answers are B) Update Products and D) Regenerate Agreement. It makes sense to be able to update the products in a sales agreement and regenerate the entire agreement if needed.
