User interfaces and channel interfaces are different things, so I don't think that's correct. All users seeing the same channel interface also doesn't sound right to me.
Okay, let's see. I'm pretty sure a persona doesn't require a unique channel interface, so I'll skip that one. The other options seem a bit more ambiguous.
Hmm, I'm a bit confused by the wording here. Does "minimize development effort" mean we need to use a pre-built integration, or can we write some custom code? I'm not sure which approach would be faster.
I've got a good feeling about this one. Based on my understanding of ServiceNow, I think the answer is likely to be Document Templates and either Word or PDF document templates.
This is a good question. I'm pretty confident I can figure this out by considering the importance of analytics and core modules in Alfresco Process Services.
