I think the answer might be D, 2.7, but I’m not confident. I remember we practiced calculating risk reductions, but this one feels a bit tricky.

I remember a similar question where we had to find the difference in VTE rates. If I recall correctly, we need to find the rates first before calculating the reduction.

I think the absolute risk reduction is calculated by subtracting the event rates, but I'm not entirely sure how to do that with these numbers.
