Actual exam question for Microsoft's MB-240 exam
Question #: 27
Topic #: 5
[All MB-240 Questions]

You are a Dynamics 365 for Field Service Mobile customizer.

Your mobile technicians indicate that when in offline mode, they do not have access to the same data set that is available online. Offline mode contains less account and work order data, and users cannot see warehouses.

You need to determine which updates to make within the mobile project so that technicians can see the appropriate information.

Which three actions should you choose? Each correct answer presents a complete solution.

E could help, but I’m not sure if it’s enough on its own.

Wait, can we really sync everything offline? Sounds risky.

C seems unnecessary, we need the data first!

I think B is also crucial for filtering the right entities.

Updating the entity Mode to Online and Offline sounds familiar, but I wonder if that alone would solve the issue with warehouses not showing up.

I feel like we might need to adjust the View filters too, but I can't recall if that was specifically mentioned in our study materials.

I think updating the entity Sync Filter could help, especially since we practiced a similar question about filtering data for offline access.

I remember we discussed the importance of synchronization settings in offline mode, but I'm not sure if "Always Full Sync" is the best option here.

I've got this! The unnecessary step is A - manually installing Node.js in the Function Compute console. Since it's a Node.js-based app, the runtime should be automatically provisioned, so we don't need to do that manually.

This one seems pretty straightforward. Black box testing is all about checking the inputs and outputs without looking at the internal code, so I'm pretty confident I can get this right.

What if the answer is D? I remember something about client health issues being part of troubleshooting in the Cisco documentation. This one's tricky!
