Microsoft MB-240 Exam - Topic 4 Question 51 Discussion

Actual exam question for Microsoft's MB-240 exam
Question #: 51
Topic #: 4
[All MB-240 Questions]

You are implementing a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solution for a client.

The client needs to be able to view the Parent Asset and Master Asset when the Primary Incident Customer Asset is associated to a work order. The asset data should nor be stored directly on the work order. It should only be visible when the Customer Asset is selected.

Solution:

1. Create the Parent Asset and Master Asset on the work order.

2. Use a business rule to populate the fields from the Customer Asset.

Does this meet the goal?

I thought the Parent and Master Assets were supposed to be separate from work orders?

Yup, business rules can help, but this setup is a bit messy.

Wait, are we really creating those assets on the work order? Seems off.

Totally agree, the data needs to stay linked to the Customer Asset only.

This won't work, the assets shouldn't be on the work order.

I feel like the business rule could work, but since the assets are being created on the work order, I think the answer is "No."

I'm a bit unsure about the business rule part. If it pulls data from the Customer Asset, does that count as storing it on the work order?

I remember a practice question where we had to ensure data visibility without direct storage. This seems similar, so I’m leaning towards "No."

I think the solution doesn't meet the goal because it mentions storing the Parent and Master Asset directly on the work order, which we shouldn't do.

Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. The instructions are a bit ambiguous to me. I'll need to think it through carefully and maybe even sketch out a diagram to visualize the data flow. Hopefully I can come up with a solid plan.

This seems straightforward to me. The key is using the business rule to populate the fields from the Customer Asset. As long as we don't store the data directly on the work order, that should meet the goal. I'm confident I can implement this solution.

I'm a bit confused by the wording here. Does "the asset data should nor be stored directly on the work order" mean we can't create any fields on the work order at all? Or just that we can't store the data directly there? I'll need to re-read this a few times to make sure I understand.

Okay, I think I've got this. Creating the Parent Asset and Master Asset directly on the work order doesn't sound right since the instructions say the data shouldn't be stored there. I'll need to focus on using the business rule to pull the data from the Customer Asset.

Hmm, this seems like a tricky one. I'll need to carefully read through the requirements and think through the solution step-by-step.

I'm not entirely sure about this one. The error message could be related to a few different things, so I'll have to weigh the options carefully before making a decision.

This seems straightforward. I think the answer is C - adding the log file to the Filebeat configuration should do the trick.

I think D looks strongest. Management backing security policies gives real organizational commitment, not just technical fixes.

I'm a bit confused about the difference between some of the options, like securing other HTTP services on the ECS instance using WAF versus configuring a security group. I'll need to think through those carefully.

You know, this question reminds me of that time I tried to hack my way through a coding exam by just storing all the answers in the computer's memory. Needless to say, that didn't go over too well with the professor. Anyway, I agree with the others - the proposed solution doesn't seem to meet the requirements.

Yeah, I'm with you guys on this one. The requirement is pretty clear that the asset data should not be stored directly on the work order, but rather should only be visible when the Customer Asset is selected. I think the solution of creating those fields on the work order is a bit of a workaround and doesn't fully address the client's needs.

I agree with Maryann. The solution of storing the Parent Asset and Master Asset directly on the work order doesn't seem to align with the requirement of not storing the data directly on the work order. We need a way to dynamically display the information related to the Customer Asset without permanently storing it on the work order itself.

Hmm, this is an interesting one. I'm not sure if the proposed solution fully meets the client's goal. The requirement states that the asset data should not be stored directly on the work order, but rather should only be visible when the Customer Asset is selected. Creating the Parent Asset and Master Asset directly on the work order seems to contradict that.
