Yep, I'm with you all on this one. Option A is the way to go. Though I have to admit, the other choices do sound kind of fancy. Maybe we can use those in a different scenario, just not this one.

Haha, I was just about to say the same thing. It's like they're trying to trick us with those other options. But nope, gotta keep it simple and connect the web app to the same VNET as the database.

I agree with Cassie. Connecting the web app to the same virtual network as the database makes the most sense. The other options like load balancers and Application Gateways are more for load balancing and traffic management, which isn't the requirement here.
