According to ISO/IEC 20000, what is the minimum frequency for the Service Provider and the Customer to attend a service review meeting for discussing changes to the service scope?
I'm a bit confused by the different portals and interfaces listed here. I know the Service Provider Admin Portal is where the service provider would manage their cloud, but I'm not sure about the other options. I'll have to review my notes and try to eliminate the ones that don't seem relevant to this task.
