I see where you're coming from, Lang, but I think Information radiator is more commonly used in this context to provide real-time information to the team.

Haha, 'Triangulation'? Come on, that's just silly. Unless they're using the traffic light to navigate their way through the office, that's definitely not the right answer.

Hmm, I'm not sure about that. Isn't 'Osmotic communication' the term we use when information flows naturally through the team? This traffic light seems more like a targeted communication tool.
