Okay, let's see here. Tanzu Kubernetes clusters are a VMware product, but the question is asking about the open-source virtual machine images used to deploy them. I'm thinking it might be CNCF, since they are the ones who manage a lot of the open-source Kubernetes-related projects. But I'm not 100% sure.
