Safety devices are great, but they're just putting a band-aid on the problem. If you really want to mitigate risk, you've got to go for the root cause with a design change. C all the way!

Design change, huh? Sounds like they want us to think outside the box. I'm going with C, but I'm probably going to have to use my 50/50 lifeline on this one.

Hmm, I'm not too sure about this one. Shouldn't safety devices be the most effective since they directly address the risk? Oh well, time to guess and hope for the best!

I think the correct answer is C, as design changes are the most effective way to mitigate risk, followed by safety devices and then training.
