I'm not sure about RAID-6 Erasure Coding, but FTT=1 with RAID-1 Mirroring should definitely work in this scenario.

I think with four nodes in an all-flash vSAN cluster, FTT=2 (RAID-1 Mirroring) can be satisfied.
