If you're not using the Tanzu CLI, you're doing it wrong. Option B is the only sensible choice here. (Unless you're a masochist who enjoys the vSphere Web UI, that is.)

I'm a big fan of the vSphere Web UI, but I don't think it's the right tool for attaching a Kubernetes cluster to Tanzu Mission Control. I'm going with D to play it safe.

D has to be the correct answer. kubectl is the standard Kubernetes command-line tool, and the VMware Tanzu Mission Control Web UI is where you manage your clusters.
