Nah, I'm pretty sure you also need the Exchange Admin Credentials (B) to set up the service. Can't forget those!

Hmm, I think the answer is A, D, and F. The ENS API Token, ENS Server Address, and EWSURL seem like the key values needed to enable the Email Notification Service.
