I'm with Denise on B being false. That would be like having a car that comes with a built-in flamethrower - cool, but probably not a good idea to have it on by default!
This is a tricky one, but I think B is false. I've never seen a plugin that's automatically activated by default in the base ServiceNow system. That would be way too much functionality to have on by default.
I'm not sure about D being true. I've definitely had plugins that depended on other plugins being activated. And C sounds like it could be true too - you can't just hide plugin functionality once it's active.
A and E definitely seem to be the correct answers here. Plugins are definitely software components that provide specific features, and I've definitely been able to disable or deactivate them before.
