A) All looks tempting, but I don't think we want to give the Marketing Developers full control over the Catalog Item. C) Viewer sounds more appropriate.

B) Access is probably the way to go. Gotta give those Marketing Developers the ability to access the Catalog Item, even if they can't run it.

Hmm, I'd go with C) Viewer. That sounds like the right permission to make the Catalog Item viewable but not executable for the Marketing Developers group.
