I see your point, Margo. It's important to have the right permissions to make those changes.

If I had a nickel for every time I had to deal with custom fields, I'd be rich. This better not be a trick question.

I'm just hoping the exam doesn't ask me to actually create a talent pool. That sounds like a lot of work!

That's a good point, but I still think C is the most direct way to add custom fields.

But what about option D? Doesn't associating a talent pool with a role also allow for custom fields?

Hmm, D makes the most sense to me. Tying custom fields to a role in the Job Profile Builder seems like the way to go.

I agree, D does seem like the most logical option.

I'm going with B. Importing object definitions sounds like the right way to add custom fields to a talent pool.

Option C seems logical. If an admin can configure object definitions, they should be able to add custom fields to a talent pool.

I think it's whenever an administrator is granted the Configure Object Definitions permission.

I agree with Margo, because only administrators with that permission can customize the fields.
