I'm surprised by how many people think A is true. That doesn't sound right to me!

Wait, isn't A a bit misleading? The sender does get a response, just not an immediate one.

D is totally wrong, synchronous means you do get a response right away!

I think C is right too, error handling is on the requester.

I’m pretty sure synchronous means you get a response right away, so I’d rule out option D.

I feel like I’ve seen a question like this before, and I think option A sounds familiar, but I’m not confident about it.

I’m not entirely sure, but I remember something about error handling needing to be done by the requester based on the response. That might be option C?

I think synchronous interfaces definitely provide an immediate response, so I’m leaning towards option B.

I've got this! Synchronous means the sender blocks and waits for a response, so the error handling has to be done by the requester based on that response. Options B and C are the right answers.

I'm a bit confused on this one. I know synchronous means the sender waits for a response, but I'm not sure about the error handling details. I'll have to think it through carefully.

Okay, let's see here. I remember from the lectures that synchronous interfaces involve an immediate response, so I'm pretty sure options B and C are the correct ones.

Hmm, this seems straightforward. I'll need to carefully read through the options and think about the key characteristics of synchronous interfaces.

Haha, D? Really? Might as well say 'Synchronous interfaces don't exist' at that point. B and C are spot on though.

B and C make perfect sense. D is just misleading!

Definitely B and C, that's the whole point of synchronous interfaces - getting an immediate response and handling errors based on that response. D is just plain wrong.

Yes, you're right. With synchronous interfaces, you do get an immediate response and handle errors based on that response.
