Hold up, is this a trick question? I feel like the answer is so obvious that it has to be a trap. I'm going with C, just to be different.

Annamae: Maybe it's not a trick question after all, C could be the correct answer.

Oh, I know this one! It's gotta be D. The owner should just be able to put in the value themselves. Easy peasy!

I think it's A. An error message will show up if the KPI is left unmapped.

Hmm, I'm torn between A and D. An error message could be useful, but being able to manually enter the value seems more practical.

I don't know, but I'm pretty sure the correct answer isn't C. That just sounds like it's trying to be clever, but doesn't actually solve the problem.

I'm going with D. The owner should be able to manually enter the KPI's value if it's not mapped properly. Seems like the most flexible solution.

Option B sounds like the way to go. If the KPI is unmapped, it makes sense for the scorecard to just assign a 0% grade.
