I think the Docked prompt using In-App Guidance is the best option.

Lightning Path sounds familiar, but I don’t recall it being used for feature announcements. I wonder if it’s really the best fit for this scenario.

I’m a bit confused about the utility bar option. I feel like it could work, but I’m not sure if users would notice the video there as much as in other options.

I remember practicing with In-App Guidance, and a docked prompt seems like it could effectively catch users' attention without being too intrusive.

I think a custom video component could be a good choice since it allows for tailored content, but I'm not entirely sure if it’s the most efficient way to notify users.

The custom video component seems like the most comprehensive solution, but I'm not sure if that's overkill for this scenario. I'll need to weigh the tradeoffs carefully.

I think the Docked prompt using In-App Guidance could be a good option here. It would allow for a quick and easy way to notify users of the new feature.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. I'm trying to decide between creating a Dynamic Group or a Static Group. I'll need to think it through carefully.

I'm a bit unsure about this one. I know Cisco ESA is related to email security, but I'm not sure about the specific details of the message filters and their actions. I'll have to make an educated guess here.

I'm not totally sure about E, does that mean I need to add the Compare and Merge Workbooks option to the toolbar first?

Evaluation of suitable tools seems like it should always be part of the cost analysis, so I doubt that would be the least expected.

Hmm, this is a tricky one. I'll need to think carefully about the different state deferral options and how they relate to the Service Statelessness principle.
