I'm a little confused by some of these options. Creating a Lambda function to manage the VPCs (option C) seems overly complex for this use case. And manually creating stacks in each account (option A) would be a huge pain to manage long-term. I think I'll go with option D - the StackSet approach seems like the most scalable and efficient solution.
