Definitely B and D. Gotta keep that data transfer lean and mean, you know? Wouldn't want to accidentally sync the whole Salesforce database, that would be a real nightmare!

Option B is the way to go! Syncing only records with an email address makes perfect sense to reduce the data being brought over.

I agree with Thad, selecting records with an email address and where HasOptedOutofEmail is FALSE would reduce the amount of data being synced.
