Aerial Routing sounds more like a high-level overview, so I doubt it's the right choice. I think it's between C and B.

I'm not entirely sure, but I remember something about dashboards being useful for visualizing data. Maybe B, Service Resource Dashboard?

I think the answer might be C, Street-level Routing, because it sounds like it would provide a detailed view of the travel route.

I'm a little confused by the options. Aerial Routing? I'm not sure how that would help visualize a technician's travel route on the ground. I'll have to re-read the question and the choices more closely.

Street-level Routing seems like the obvious choice here. It should allow the dispatchers to see the actual route the technician will take during their shift, which is exactly what they need.

Hmm, I'm a bit unsure about this one. Is the Service Appointment Reports feature able to show the planned travel route, or is that more for individual appointments? I'll have to think this through carefully.

C) Street-level Routing, no doubt. Can't have our techs getting lost in the maze of roads, can we?

D) Aerial Routing, all the way! Who needs street-level when you can just fly over everything?
