Option B is the one for me. 5 Session CALs for the standard business hours users and 7 Named CALs for the rest. Simple and straightforward.

I think Option C is the way to go. 220 Document CALs for the infrequent users and 7 Named CALs for the rest seems like the most cost-effective solution.
