Option B is interesting, but changing the IPS application pool identity to the local administrator seems like overkill. I'd go with option C to keep things more secure.
I'm just imagining the system administrator shouting 'Windows, activate!' at the server like they're summoning Voltron. Option C is definitely the way to go.
I think option C is the correct answer. Disabling Anonymous Authentication and enabling Windows Authentication will allow any user to access the QlikView content.
