I'm a bit confused by this question. I'm not super familiar with the different tools available for evaluating CAL utilization. I'll need to do some research to figure out the best approach.
The Governance Dashboard seems like the most straightforward choice. I've used it before to track CAL usage, so I feel pretty comfortable with that approach.
Hmm, I'm not sure which option to choose. The CALs tab in the QMC and the QVS Statistics window both seem like they could be relevant, but I'm not confident in my understanding of how to interpret the data from those tools.
The License Monitor application sounds like it could be useful for this task. I'll need to review the documentation to make sure I understand how to use it properly.
