I believe CPU Affinity might also be a good option to consider, to control CPU usage.

I was thinking B) CPU Throttle might be the right choice, but now I'm not so sure. The question is specific about not using all CPU cores, so C) seems like the better option.

I think the answer is C) CPU Affinity. It makes sense to limit the CPU cores used by QVS to avoid hogging all resources.
