Agreed. The PO is the bridge between the team and the business, but I wouldn't want to put all my eggs in one basket. Diversity of knowledge is important on an Agile team.
I'm not so sure. Don't we also rely on subject matter experts and stakeholders for domain info? The PO coordinates with them, but might not be the sole repository of knowledge.
Well, the Agile manifesto does say the Product Owner represents the customer, so I'm leaning towards 'True' on this one. Seems like the PO should be the primary source of biz knowledge.
Hmm, this is a tricky one. I feel like the Product Owner is the main point of contact for business domain info, but I don't know if they're the ONLY go-to person. What do you all think?
