I remember practicing a question similar to this, and I think option D is the odd one out. The NSSF doesn't interact with the UPF like that.

I think the NSSF is mainly about managing slices, but I'm not entirely sure if it provides policies directly to the UPF. That sounds more like something the PCF would do.
