I'm torn between options C and D. Adding a description or a synonym both seem valid. Hmm, I think I'll go with D - can't beat a good old-fashioned synonym!
Option A sounds like a good idea, but I'm not sure it'll work as well as adding a synonym. Descriptions are nice, but synonyms are probably more robust for Q&A.
Hmm, I think option D is the way to go. Adding a synonym is a smart move to ensure the Q&A understands 'subscriber' and maps it to the 'Customer Count' measure. Simple and effective!
