Note: This question is part of a series of questions that present the same scenario. Each question in the series contains a unique solution that might meet the stated goals. Some question sets might have more than one correct solution, while others might not have a correct solution.

You are creating Power Virtual Agents chatbot that captures demographic information about customers.

The chatbot must determine the group a customer belongs to based on their age. The age groups are:

0 - 17

18 - 25

26 - 35

36 - 55

55 - 100

You need to configure the chatbot to ask a question that can be used to determine the correct age group.

Solution: Create a custom Age group entity and synonyms for each individual age in the corresponding item. Use Age group for Identify in the question.

Wait, why are there synonyms for each age? That seems unnecessary.

Isn't 55 considered a bit old for a group?

I don't think that's the best way to categorize ages.

I feel like just asking for the age directly would be simpler. Not sure if this solution fully meets the goal.

I’m a bit confused about whether creating synonyms for each age is the best way to capture the groups. It seems like it might complicate things.

I remember practicing a similar question where we had to categorize users based on input. It feels like this approach could work, but I’m hesitant about the synonyms part.

I think using a custom Age group entity makes sense, but I'm not sure if synonyms for individual ages are necessary.

I remember learning about the "Redirect" firewall action in class. I believe it allows you to send a packet to a specified port or IP address, rather than its original destination. I'll carefully read through the options and select the ones that match that description.

Hmm, I'm not totally sure about this one. I'll have to think it through carefully. Maybe B. Read Cell could also work?

I remember a practice question about data confidentiality, and I think it was about protecting sensitive data. Can that apply here too?
