I feel like the SMS integration with Dynamics 365 Customer Service could be really effective for reaching everyone quickly, but I’m not entirely clear on how it works.
I remember we practiced a similar question about notifications, and I think implementing alerts could be useful, but I wonder if it’s enough for both members and non-members.
Okay, I think the key here is the potential for misapplying the SPC results and drawing incorrect conclusions. That seems like the most significant concern with using off-the-shelf software for this type of analysis.
I've got a good feeling about this one. Based on my understanding of report security, I think the answer is "Organizational group". That's the object that admins can use to control access to reports and data.
