I bet the test devices are offline more often than the IT team is. Gotta make sure those IP addresses are reserved, or else they'll end up with a bunch of devices fighting over the same IPs.

Configuring the Scope options could work, but that might require more administrative effort than just setting up reservations. Reservations seem like the easiest option here.

I thought about the exclusion range, but that would prevent any other devices from using those IP addresses. Reservations sound like a more flexible solution.

Creating reservations seems like the way to go. That way, the DHCP server will always associate those IP addresses with the test devices, even when they're offline.
