You can adjust scores in the Setup section.

I think the answer is C. The ENEConf.ini file is where you would configure SNMP settings for the vault.

D) My Tokens is the way to go. I'm just glad we don't have to adjust the 'website activities' field directly. That would be a real 'token' of our affection.

I was leaning towards C) Smart List, but D) My Tokens makes more sense. The scoring is happening at the token level, so that's where we need to make the adjustment.
