I have a hunch that running it again would add more content from the tape, but I’m not completely confident. I think I need to review how tar works with tape drives.
I recall that running the command again could replace the contents of /opt with something else from the tape. But I can't remember if it would be the next file or just the same one.
I'm not entirely sure, but I feel like the contents of /opt will just be restored again. I practiced a similar question, and it seemed like that was the case.
I think if the command is run again, it might give an error about the tape being ejected. I remember something about tape drives not keeping data after extraction.
I'm a bit confused by the wording here. Does "flex mode" mean the system decides where to store the data, or that all data is stored in the generated MDG tables? I'll have to re-read the options.
Hmm, this is a tricky one. I'm not entirely sure which option poses the greatest risk. I'll need to think through each of the scenarios carefully to determine which one is the most concerning.
