I'm really unsure, but I thought Minimum characteristics were more about the bare essentials, not necessarily tied to dissatisfaction.

I feel like we practiced a question similar to this, and I think it was definitely about Threshold characteristics being the basics that need to be met.

I remember something about Performance characteristics being linked to satisfaction levels, but that might not be the right term here.

Ah, I remember learning about this in class. These are the features that are expected and required, so if they're missing, it will really upset customers. I'm going to go with B, threshold characteristics.

Okay, let me see. If these are characteristics that will cause intense dissatisfaction if omitted, then they must be the "must-have" or baseline features. I think the answer is B, threshold characteristics.

Hmm, I'm a little unsure about this one. I know Kano Analysis has different categories of features, but I can't quite remember the specific names. I'll have to think this through carefully.

I'm pretty sure these are called "threshold characteristics" based on the description in the question. That sounds like the right answer to me.

I believe it could also be D) Excitement characteristics, as those are the ones that can delight customers.

I'm telling you, the answer is E: 'Mandatory Awesomeness Criteria'. Anything less than that and the users will riot in the streets. We're talking pitchforks and torches, people!

B all the way! Threshold characteristics are the make-or-break features. Omit those and you might as well just toss the whole thing in the trash. Though I do like the idea of 'excitement characteristics' - maybe we could add a few of those for good measure, huh?

Ooh, tough one. I'm leaning towards B, but D has a nice ring to it. Excitement characteristics, you say? Sounds like a sure-fire way to get users pumped up!

I agree, but D, excitement characteristics, could also make the MVP stand out and get users excited.

I'm going with C. Minimum characteristics are the bare essentials that must be there, or the whole thing falls apart. Anything less and it's like trying to build a house without a foundation.

Definitely B! Threshold characteristics are critical to include in the MVP, otherwise users will be furious. Don't want to end up with a flaming dumpster fire of a product.
