Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: A

Effective business analysis practices can reduce the amount of change in a project, but it cannot eliminate the amount of changes entirely.

Answer, D is incorrect. This isn't a valid statement as business analysis practices cannot eliminate the need for change in requirements.

Answer, C is incorrect. While this may be true in some instances, it's not true for all areas of requirements change.

Answer, B is incorrect. This isn't a valid statement to the question. All changes and requirements must be documented.

C sounds plausible, but it's not about controlling frequency really.

Totally agree with A, can't eliminate change completely.

Surprised to see D as an option, that's unrealistic!

I think B makes more sense, though.

Documenting changes is important, but it won't stop them.

I think it can reduce the amount of change.

I’m pretty sure the goal is to reduce changes, but I don’t think it can ever be zero. So, I’m leaning towards option A.

I vaguely recall that controlling the frequency of changes is important, but I’m not certain if that’s what the question is asking.

I feel like I saw a similar question before, and it was about documenting changes. But I’m not confident if that’s the main focus here.

I think effective business analysis can help reduce changes, but I’m not sure it can eliminate them completely. I remember something about that in the study materials.

This looks like a straightforward question about managing Microsoft Teams templates. I think the key is to focus on the admin center and policies, so I'll likely go with either B or C.

Hmm, I'm a little unsure about this one. I know scope definition is important, but I'm not totally confident that's the right answer. I might need to review my notes on the project management processes to be sure.

I'm not totally sure about this one. The definition mentions "remediating non-compliance," but I'm not sure if that's the same as over-licensing or true-up/true-down costs. I'll have to make an educated guess on this one.

I'm feeling pretty confident about this one. Based on the information provided, I think option C is the most effective and cost-efficient solution. The two M-500s in HA for global management, combined with the two log collector-mode M-500s in APAC with 16TB of storage, should be able to handle the high log volume and retention requirements.
