Which one of the following diagrams when properly laid out is always laid in a left to right display to properly reflect the chronology of all project work?
I thought the time-scaled schedule network diagram was the correct answer because it visually represents timelines, but now I'm second-guessing myself.
I remember practicing with the arrow diagramming method, and I feel like it also follows a left to right layout, but I can't recall if it's always the case.
Influence diagrams are more about showing relationships between factors, so I don't think that's the right answer here. I'm leaning towards the project schedule network diagram.
The time-scaled schedule network diagram sounds like it could be the right answer, since it's specifically designed to show the chronology. I'll have to think this through carefully.
I'm a bit confused on this one. I think B and E might be the errors, but I'm not 100% sure. I'll need to review the rules for float and double declarations to be certain.
The arrow diagramming method? Sounds like a surefire way to end up in a tangled web of arrows. I'll stick with the project schedule network diagram, it's the straightforward choice.
Time-scaled schedule network diagram, all the way! It's like a visual timeline that keeps me on track. Plus, it's got the word 'time' in it, so you know it's legit.
