Which item is best for troubleshooting FileNet Content Engine authentication issues?

Show Suggested Answer Hide Answer
Suggested Answer: A

IBM Cloud Pak foundational services monitoring requires Role-based access control (RBAC) to monitor APIs and data. This ensures that only authorized users have access to the data and APIs that are being monitored. It also ensures that data is only being accessed by users with the appropriate permissions. Kibana is used as the data source for the Cloud Pak foundational services monitoring. Adopter customization is only necessary to query and visualize application metrics. Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform monitoring is not required for Cloud Pak foundational services monitoring.

As a FileNet expert, I can say with confidence that the LDAP configuration data is the way to go. The other log files might contain some clues, but the LDAP settings are the key to resolving authentication issues.

Haha, looks like the classic 'which log file is the right one' question. I always forget which one is which, but I'm gonna guess D. LDAP just sounds like the most relevant option here.

Hmm, I'm leaning towards D as well. The LDAP configuration data would be the most direct source of information for authentication-related problems. Unless there's a really obvious error in the logs, that's probably the way to go.

I'm not sure about that. Wouldn't the logs, like messages.log or console.log, be more helpful in identifying the specific issue? Those would give me more detailed information to work with.
