I'm going to have to go with C) The majority of master/control plane hosts are lost. It's the only one that makes sense in terms of an etcd quorum issue. Though I have to say, 'the database used by all Cloud Pak for Integration components is corrupted'? What kind of bizarre scenario is that?
This is easy, C) The majority of master/control plane hosts are lost. Losing the majority of your etcd members means you lose quorum. I'm not even going to bother with the other options, they're just distractions.
Hah, I bet the person who wrote this question is a real comedian. A) The database used by all Cloud Pak for Integration components is corrupted? What does that have to do with etcd quorum? Clearly the right answer is C.
I'm going with D) One of the master nodes has gone offline. That should be enough to lose quorum, right? Not sure why they'd ask about worker nodes or database corruption.
C) The majority of master/control plane hosts are lost seems like the correct answer. If you lose the majority of the etcd cluster, you lose quorum and the cluster goes down.
