Option C is just wrong. The documentation clearly states that the Event Manager is independent, so uninstalling AI Manager shouldn't affect it.

I think option D is the way to go. Specifying the flag on the command line seems more straightforward than editing a config file.

But if we specify ONLY CLOUDPAK='false' in the uninstall-cp4waiops-resource-groups.props file, it ensures that only Al Manager is uninstalled without affecting the Event Manager.
