I'm feeling pretty confident about this one. The key is understanding that Planning Optimization is a cloud-based service, so it won't be running on-premises or on the same SQL server as the Dynamics 365 instance. I think the answer is either C or D, and I'll double-check the details to make the best choice.
Reading the use cases seems like the most logical way to get a good handle on the device's functionality. The published specs might be too technical for my needs.
