I think applying a filter to the 'Order Date' attribute makes the most sense since it would let the user see only the newer entries without losing the old data.

The Intelligent Hub is where users access their virtual apps, so I'm guessing that's where the admin would configure them to be accessed. Seems like the most logical place.
